We would like to wish you a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous 2018.
In the face of this cold spell we have decided on visiting a warmer climate so we are heading to Spain!! Yesterday Sommelier Arden Allen and I tasted an extensive amount of fantastic Spanish Wines. We narrowed down our choices to some delicious varietals to pair with a spectacular meal. So please join myself, Chef Alvin Williams, Sommelier Arden Allen and Tal Ambrose from Aveniv Brands for our first food and wine pairing dinner of 2018.
First Course- Crab Salad Crostini, Cherries, Green Apple & Arugula

Second Course- Garbonzo & Saffron Mussel Soup, Spinach, smoked Paprika oil

Fourth Course- Pisto, Duck Breast, crispy Prosciutto, Herb Olive Oil
