This month we visit California and pay tribute to some of our own very special vino!!

Join Chef Alvin Williams who will provide the tasty treats and Rebecca Cooper with Treasury Wine Estates who will be here to wow you with wine knowledge! Both will guide you through this fantastic 6 course Food & Wine pairing.
First Course: Local Soft Shell Crab, Northern White Beans & Bok Choy, Dijon cream.
Etude Wines Lyric Chardonnay ’16, Santa Barbara.
Second Course: Steamed Cod, Miso-Fennel broth, fingerlings, citrus.
Third Course: MarinatedPortabellas, roasted Pork belly, sun dried tomato tapenade, Balsamic Truffle glaze.
Main Course: Grilled Flank Steak, Zucchini-Goat cheese & fried green tomato Napoleon.
Dessert: Chocolate Cheesecake with Pistachios & Blood Orange Coulis.
