Chef Alvin Williams (pictured above in photo with Kevin Braush of Iron Chef America) participated with teammate Chef Meredith Adams of Eurasia Café in the Chesapeake Bay Wine Classic Foundation’s Grand Tasting Chef Smackdown Competition! Their team took home "best of" awards for Entrée with their cheese/crab ravioli and flounder roll and Mimosa cocktail.
